You need to teach!
I'm not much for being told what to do, but when a friend emphatically stated, "You need to teach," I knew she was on to something. About a month later, my first class gathered for their first lesson.
Students need supplies.
Early on, I spent a lot of time coaching clients on how to choose the best needles and yarn to start them successfully on their knitting adventure. It all became easier when I offered supplies in-house.
Yarn has taken over the house!
I've long had a rather respectable stash. By mid-2019, it was next level. So when we found our new farm, with a building that screamed "studio," there was no question the yarn would have a home of its own.
Some of our favourite yarns
From natural neutrals to vibrant colour ways, our yarns offer quality all the way.
At Phoenix Fibre Arts Studio we believe that the beauty of the yarn we offer goes beyond stunning colours and textures. It also includes sustainable processing, natural fibres and recycled materials.
Here you will find beautiful yarns and hand-crafted notions for the discerning, environmentally-conscious creative.
